Captain Anthony J. Vernieri (USCG-Master) was "bitten" by the lure of the water at a very early age (15) never realizing that one day this love would turn into his passion, his career and his lifestyle.  Capt. Ant migrated to Southwest Florida in 2008, and never looked back. Constantly growing and evolving The Blue Dahlia Private Charters and Legal Hookers Adventure Charters.  Just like any other entrepreneur, he was faced with challenges and hurdles. Whether it be changing economy, hurricanes, red tides and "global health" issues that would discourage most, but it fueled the drive of Capt. Ant . One thing that was always certain: "Stay focused and enjoy what you do and have a passion for it".  He exudes this passion, knowledge and energy on every charter, whether it be a "one on one" fishing charter on our custom 15' flats skiff, "The Mudd Boat" miles away from civilization.
